Junto Coaching helps entrepreneurs, executives, and business leaders gain clarity and confidence in both their leadership and personal growth. The goal was to create a brand that feels professional and credible while reflecting the personal, human-centered approach that makes Junto Coaching unique.
THE CHALLENGE
The challenge was creating a logo that avoids the overused visuals often seen in electrical branding, such as lightning bolts, light bulbs, and overly aggressive industrial graphics. The client wanted something that feels timeless and custom rather than trendy or cliché.
THE APPROACH
The direction focused on creating a badge-style logo inspired by classic trade and craftsmanship branding. Strong typography, bold shapes, and clean structure help the logo feel established and dependable. Rather than relying on obvious industry symbols, the design uses custom details and thoughtful composition to create a brand that feels unique, memorable, and built to last.
LOGO DESIGN
Custom details were then added to make the logo feel more personal. The tilted "O" and angled letterforms introduce a sense of forward momentum, reflecting the growth and progress that Junto Coaching helps clients achieve.
BRAND GUIDE
As part of the Starter Brand Package, Junto Coaching received a brand guide outlining logo usage, color palettes, and typography. This gives the client the tools needed to confidently use their branding.
